Who can attend?
This event is for camper vans / VW Vans / VANAGONS / Westfalia / converted vans up to 25 feet long. We will have limited space available for Skoolies (shorties and full size) as well. Please contact us if this is how you roll. No tent camping or trailers will be permitted this year.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

  • This event is rain or shine. No refunds due to weather.

  • We welcome all types of Vans. Vans / RVs 25 feet and under will be placed in our main movie lot RVs, Skoolies will be parked in the SKOOL YARD (a special zone just for skoolies close to the action). No tents, trailers or tow behinds this year.

  • Well behaved dogs (and cats) are welcome at The Mustang PEC. Please keep them leashed at all times and be sure to pick up after them.

  • No FIRE PITS allowed, but we will have a group fire pit area. Bylaw requirements, permits, and such mean we can only have one campfire location on site for the evening. So let us treat you with a campfire and sing a long or two :)

  • Please no GLASS CONTAINERS. This site is used for family movies and events and broken glass is not our friend.

  • Bring a camp chair! We will be featuring a film each night and with all the camper vans around you may want to just pull up a chair or blanket to screen 1 and get cozy in the grass.

  • Sites will be first come first serve upon arrival. If you have a ticket you are guaranteed a site, however you cannot save spots. So if you have a friend you want to camp with we ask you arrive together.

  • If you opt to leave your site during the day and explore PEC - that’s fine but you can not save that spot with camp chairs / etc. You must clear the site completely. You will have a spot upon you return but to ensure ease of load ins and out we ask that you stay parked if possible and if you leave just be comfortable with having a different spot when you come back. NOTE: We are biking distance from the Millennium Trail and highly recommend checking it out.

  • No vehicle movement after sunset. We’ve learned from attending other vanlife events that this is crucial to safety on site. So lets keep things safe y’all!

  • NO DUMPING - we will provide directions and details for local dumpsites so you can clear your tanks before you arrive. We are on a well & septic system so we ask folks are kind to our commercial bathrooms and please no chemicals or non-organic materials in our toilets. We do have commercial toilets on our septic system (no showers) and 2 additional accessible porta potteys on site.

  • Fireworks are prohibited.

  • NO DIGGING UP THE GROUND - please bring levelling blocks. The site is hilly and uneven. You’ll thank us later.

  • We have neighbours and sound travels far and fast across the farm fields and bounces off the movie screens. Please be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm. We will have an area for music, guitars, etc. close to the campfire.

  • This is a drive-in and we operate in the summer (June - Sept). There are metal posts and wooden posts designating parking spots for movie goers. Please drive carefully and be aware of the posts so you don’t hurt your vehicle. You enter the site at your own risk.

  • Please do not litter. We ask that you be kind and consider taking out all you bring in, leave the site exactly as you found it. We will have garbage cans on site.

  • We will have on-site security and ask that you are parked and settled by sunset to avoid confusion on the lot after dark.

  • Those who have purchased tickets will receive an email, a week or so out from the event, with a ‘Welcome Pack’ of fun things to do in the county prior to arrival, during your stay, and upon leaving our site.

  • Stay tuned for more details!
